More and more of the Somaliland diaspora are coming back home and they want to own their homes, have investment properties or enter into the commercial real estate space. They are all looking for quality housing similar in structure and design to western real estate. Many local Somalilanders also obtained wealth within the country and are looking for great investment opportunities. Therefore, this is a lucrative area and we would like to invest to scale. Our goal is to hire the right people and also buy the right material to build quality real estate for both residential and commercial use.
